Community water system:
     "A public water system which serves at least 15 service connections used by residents or regularly serves at least 25 residents for at least 60 days per year." (415 ILCS 55/9a1) Community water systems are regulated by the Illinois EPA. An example of a community water system is one that serves a municipality.
