Temp (C): Water temperature, in degrees Celsius, at the time of sample collection.
Cs (mg/l): Concentration of the collected suspended sediment sample, in milligrams per liter.
Qw (cfs): Instantaneous water discharge of the stream, in cubic feet per second, at the time of sample collection, taken from the U.S. Geological Survey or Illinois State Water Survey stream discharge rating tables.
Qs (t/d): Instantaneous sediment load, in tons per day.
Remarks: Values flagged with an abbreviation in column indicate questionable data, ie: ‘Cs’ indicates a questionable suspended sediment concentration. ‘Bw’ indicates backwater conditions at the time of sampling. An ‘as’ indicates sample was collected using a automated pump type sampler.
