Supplementary Cooperative Observer Data, Iowa (Weekly)

The data are mostly unofficial and frequently non-continuous. Many sites take observations only on days with measureable precipitation. The data format approximates TD-3200, a format used by the National Climatic Data Center. A listing of sites included and an example of the decoding appears below. Some sites have official, 6-digit Cooperative Observer identification numbers; others are numbered sequentially. Data are arranged in weekly reports by station number, and are available from 3/1/93 to 4/18/93 and 5/31/93 to 10/3/93. Further Description / Example |
